Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "nako4d" refers to the nako4d.app website and all associated mobile apps, including all services, features, and content provided through them.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and is using nako4d services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a User to access nako4d services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus balances subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional benefits granted by nako4d to Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount a User must complete before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for verifying a User's identity.
• "Game" refers to all electronic games available on the nako4d platform, including slots, live casino, sports, and 4D.

To register and use nako4d services, Users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. At least 18 years old at the time of registration. nako4d does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
2. Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Not appearing on any list of persons prohibited from using gambling services for any legal reason.
4. Accessing the platform from a geographic region where use of such a platform is not prohibited by local law.
5. Registering using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at nako4d at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited regardless of the method used — including the use of different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device information.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Keep their password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses their account.
• Notifying nako4d immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
• Update personal information whenever any changes occur.

Nako4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to keep their login credentials secure. All activity occurring through a User's account is the User's own responsibility unless it can be proven that the access occurred without the User's knowledge or negligence.

Nako4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods: FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Depends on the account tier and selected payment method.
• Deposit funds will be credited to the User's account within 1–5 minutes after a successful transaction.
• Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Nako4d does not charge processing fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may apply their own charges.

Users may withdraw from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit or a method that has been verified in the User's name.
• Processing time is 5–30 minutes for e-wallet methods, and up to 2 hours for bank transfers depending on bank operating hours.
• Nako4d reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawals exceeding certain limits. These checks may take up to 24 hours.
• Funds obtained through bonuses must fully meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

Nako4d offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all nako4d bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• Each bonus has a validity period that must be observed — expired bonuses cannot be used or reclaimed.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled using bonus funds or a combination of real money and bonus funds, as specified in the offer's terms.
• Nako4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including betting on both sides of the same event to meet the wagering requirement.
• The welcome bonus is available for first-time registration only and cannot be claimed more than once, even with a different account.

Nako4d reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of such changes through the platform's communication channels.

All games available at nako4d are operated using an independently certified random number generator (RNG). This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and is not influenced by nako4d or any other party.

Specific rules for each game are stated within the game interface itself. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before betting with real money.

• Wins recorded on the game display are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, nako4d will take reasonable steps to ensure a fair outcome — including cancelling affected rounds and refunding the wagered amount.
• Users are not permitted to use automated software, bots, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Nako4d reserves the right to void bets and forfeit winnings obtained through fraudulent means or exploitation of technical bugs.

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the nako4d platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading personal information.
• Use another person's credit card, bank account, or e-wallet for deposits or withdrawals.
• Committing fraud, forgery, or any criminal activity through the platform.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in games or payment systems.
• Use automated software or tools to interact with the platform.
• Deliberately abuse the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform operations.
• Communicating rudely, making threats, or harassing nako4d support staff.

Nako4d takes the protection of Users' personal information seriously. The collection, processing, and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with nako4d Privacy Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Personal information collected includes full name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and payment details. This information is used for the following purposes:

• User account management and verification.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals.
• Compliance with KYC requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Communications related to accounts, transactions, and promotions.
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement.

Nako4d protects all data using TLS 1.3 encryption and follows industry-leading security practices. Data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the User's consent.

Closure by User: Users may close their account at any time by contacting the nako4d support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be paid out to the User in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Closure by nako4d: nako4d reserves the right to close or suspend a User's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, forgery, or criminal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Failure to verify identity when requested (KYC).
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from regulatory authorities.

In the event of closure for legitimate reasons, the User's remaining funds will be managed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and nako4d's internal procedures. Users have the right to file a written appeal within 30 days of the closure date.

Nako4d will not be liable for any financial loss or other damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Betting losses that are a natural part of games of chance.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond nako4d's control, including internet issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Account loss or compromise resulting from the User's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Financial decisions made based on information or advice obtained from this platform.

Nako4d's maximum liability to any User under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the claim, excluding wins or bonuses.

Nako4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be changed to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
• For material amendments, nako4d will provide Users with at least 7 days' notice via email or in-platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
